I received this kind of wireframe designs and designed a visually finished mockup of some key screens.
Very complex screens with many layers in the hierarchy is always a challenge. I try to use white space, dynamic typography and colors to make the interface as clear as possible.
The mission for Monterosa was to totally redesign the mobile web experience of Dagens Industri, Sweden's largest financial newspaper. Together with the client I joined the interaction team in setting priorities for the new solution. The interaction team then created a lot of wireframe designs in several iterations, that the client approved. My role was then to take the wireframes and set a visual style that suited the graphic profile of Dagens Industri's paper edition, but also fitting the digital platform.
Since the development was going to take place by a team in Russia, with very little overlap, it was crucial to make the design delivery as clear and explained as possible. My way of doing that was to both design mockups of every key screen, but also create design sheets for every single object in the site, complete with numbering that could be traced back to each wireframe.
